Xiaomi has introduced its latest AI-enhanced smart glasses, which offer a battery duration of up to 8.6 hours, surpassing the 4-hour battery life of Ray-Ban Meta’s smart glasses. Retailing between $280 and $420, these eyewear feature real-time translation, a 12MP camera enabling hands-free photo and video recording, and support for payments through Alipay. They also serve as open-ear headphones with stereo audio and come equipped with five integrated microphones. The design considers Asian facial characteristics and provides three frame variations. With an IP54 certification, they are capable of withstanding moisture and splashes, and optional electrochromic lenses facilitate automatic tint changes.
