The most exciting aspect of Amazon’s Prime Days and similar promotional days is all the little items you didn’t realize you desired being showcased and affordably priced. Much like treats at the grocery store checkout, these items are meant to catch your eye and ideally find their way into your shopping basket because they are fun and inexpensive.
Sadly, many of them also turn out to be subpar. Take it from someone who typically lacks restraint when faced with such temptations; it’s easy to pour a significant amount of money into items you won’t ever utilize, even if they only cost a few dollars apiece.
