Gmail is introducing a new capability that allows users to share their availability for appointment bookings through Google Calendar integration directly in the email client, as announced by the tech giant.
In a related Workspace announcement, Google revealed that users can now incorporate their Google Calendar appointment booking page right into their emails.
In the email draft (demonstrated below), users will see the Calendar icon at the bottom — clicking it reveals a list of existing booking pages, along with an option to create a new booking page. Once the latter is selected, users can insert it into the email draft.
