### iOS 26 Developer Beta 4 Updated Edition
Apple has unveiled an updated edition of iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 beta 4 for both iPhone and iPad. This signifies the second update to an iOS 26 developer beta release, succeeding a minor upgrade to iOS 26 beta 1 for specific iPhones.
Apple characterizes the forthcoming iPhone software update as featuring a remarkable new design, robust Apple Intelligence capabilities, innovative ways to remain connected in the Phone and Messages applications, and thrilling updates to CarPlay, Apple Music, Maps, and Wallet.
In iOS 26 beta 2, design modifications were made, comprising improvements in legibility for Control Center, enhanced menu organization in Safari, and upgraded accessibility options with added borders in High Contrast Mode.
iOS 26 beta 3 prominently introduced opaqueness to some of the more translucent tab bars, alongside new wallpaper shades. However, this modification was reversed in the latest beta release, iOS 26 beta 4.
The build version has been revised from 23A5297i to 23A5297m. This new build is released concurrently with the initial public beta versions for iOS 26 and iPadOS 26.
Users are advised to upgrade their devices to determine if any significant changes have taken place, as the new build likely rectifies some underlying issues.
