In a post on Keyword, the enterprise spotlighted an update set to launch for Google Pay aimed at users purchasing through Chrome. The initial two updates focus on the autofill functionality for payments in Chrome. According to the post, while autofilling payments, shoppers in the U.S. will be presented with rewards opportunities for a wider selection of credit cards. This enhancement broadens Google’s support to over 100 credit cards within the United States.

Specifically, the company remarks that Google Pay will “assist you in effortlessly identifying which card offers the most advantageous benefits” when autofilling your payment information in Chrome.
