In contrast to earlier attempts, such as Google’s Soli on the Pixel 4 or Huawei’s ToF sensors, Polar ID employs a distinctive imaging framework that harnesses polarization sensing. A key highlight of Polar ID is its condensed design. The technology employs a singular meta-optic lens accompanied by an IR illuminator, leading to a reduced module size.
