The leak provides a comprehensive glimpse into Samsung’s forthcoming flagship, the Galaxy S26 Ultra. YouTuber Sahil Karoul succeeded in acquiring the device ahead of schedule in Dubai and shared hands-on videos across social media platforms. The leak discloses multiple significant features and modifications in the new model.
A notable feature is the Privacy Display, which dims at off-angles to replicate the effect of a privacy screen protector. This functionality has been hinted at by Samsung and aims to restrict screen visibility from side views. The S26 Ultra also persists without Bluetooth support in the S Pen, a modification that began with the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
Leaked images display the Galaxy S26 Ultra next to the iPhone 17 Pro Max and a damaged version of the earlier S25 Ultra. The pictures indicate that the packaging remains comparable to last year’s model. Sahil Karoul spent $3300 for early access to the device, a cost that is unlikely to mirror the final retail price.
This leak has diminished much of Samsung’s launch suspense prior to the official event on February 25, where additional details will be unveiled. Despite the premature exposure, the Galaxy S26 Ultra seems to be a slight enhancement over its predecessor, with final evaluations held off until more hands-on experience with the device can be attained.
