Arduino has introduced the Arduino Matter Discovery Bundle (AKX00081), a comprehensive development kit designed to assist users in learning, prototyping, and creating Matter-over-Thread smart home devices swiftly. The kit is built around the Arduino Nano Matter development board and is compatible with the Matter ecosystem, supporting platforms like Apple HomeKit, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, and Home Assistant.
The bundle includes a Nano Connector Carrier with Grove and Qwiic interfaces, a microSD slot, and multiple IO options. It features three Qwiic-based Modulino nodes: a Latch Relay, a Distance module for presence detection, and a Thermo module for temperature and humidity sensing.
