Ikea has released its Kallsup Bluetooth speaker in the US, priced at just $10. Known for its flat-packed furniture, Ikea entered the electronic space and, after ending its partnership with Sonos, focused on design and affordability in Bluetooth speakers. The Kallsup speaker, now the company’s cheapest, is priced at $9.99 and available in the US. Compact speakers are common online, but Ikea’s 2.75-inch Kallsup impressed with its sound during a hands-on demo at CES. It features a replaceable battery offering up to nine hours at 50% volume, rechargeable via USB-C. While not as loud as larger speakers, up to 100 Kallsup units can be connected for wider coverage. Although other colors were announced, only white and green are available in the US currently.
