Nordic Semi Launches Entry-Level Ultra-Low-Power Bluetooth LE SoCs: nRF54LS05A and nRF54LS05B – CNX Software

Nordic Semiconductor introduces the nRF54LS05A and nRF54LS05B, ultra-low-power Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) Arm Cortex-M33 microcontrollers designed for use as primary wireless SoCs in straightforward applications, such as sensors, tags, beacons, remotes, and PC peripherals, or as Bluetooth LE companion devices in more complex products.

Clocked at 128 MHz, both SoCs feature Nordic’s 4th-generation Bluetooth LE radio, analog/digital interfaces, and advanced security. Accompanying their 0.5 MB of Non-Volatile Memory (NVM), the nRF54LS05A offers 64 KB of RAM, whereas the nRF54LS05B contains 96 KB.
