Qualcomm X105 6G-Ready 5G Modem Offers 14.8 Gbps Download and 4.2 Gbps Upload Peak Speeds

2 Min Read

The Qualcomm X105 is the first 3GPP Release 19-ready modem-RF system worldwide, offering 5G speeds up to 14.8 Gbps for downloads and 4.2 Gbps for uploads, while also facilitating 6G development and testing.

The modem features a 6nm RF transceiver with 30% reduced power consumption and 15% smaller board size compared to the Qualcomm X85 5G modem, quad-band GNSS support, built-in NR-NTN for satellite video, data and voice, and a fifth-gen AI processor using agentic AI to optimize data traffic for gaming, video calling, and social media.
