Vilnius-based digital identity platform WhiteBridge AI has secured a $3 million seed round, approximately €2.6 million, led by FIRSTPICK VC. Participants include First Degree, NGL.VC, Scalewolf.VC, BADideas.fund, Nectolabs, Plug and Play, and a group of angel investors.
The funding will be used to expand data source integrations, enhance verification and transparency infrastructure, and continue the development of its search and research platform.
WhiteBridge was established in 2024 by Tomas Martūnas, Irmantas Motiejūnas, Justinas Barauskas, and Paulius Taraškevičius. It initially functioned as a digital footprint auditing and reputation monitoring tool, aggregating, verifying, and organizing publicly available data about individuals from various online sources.
It has since evolved into a comprehensive people-search and research engine, designed to help businesses verify information about partners, vendors, and contacts, as well as allowing individuals to understand what information about them is online.
“Many people are unaware of how much information about them is available online, and even fewer know its impact on their personal and professional opportunities. With WhiteBridge, we seek to bring clarity and control to this chaos. Our platform offers a reliable way for people and businesses to comprehend and manage online identity signals, empowering them with confidence.” said Tomas Martūnas, co-founder, WhiteBridge AI
The platform applies to various practical uses, from preparing for sales and partnerships by providing verified context ahead of meetings, to vendor due diligence and third-party screening.
FIRSTPICK’s managing partner Dmitrij Sosunov emphasized that the investment was driven by the team: “What convinced us wasn’t just the market, it was the team. They are quick, practical, and they deliver. That’s an advantage in the fast-evolving AI industry.”
This funding marks a major progression from WhiteBridge’s pre-seed round. In October 2024, the company raised $500,000, also led by FIRSTPICK, with participation from Scalewolf, First Degree, and Nectolabs.
