The Grinn GenioSoM-360 is the pioneering system-on-module (SoM) employing the MediaTek Genio 360P octa-core Cortex-A76/A55 SoC alongside a 7.4 TOPS AI accelerator. It boasts a compact (30x30mm) LGA package purposefully designed for edge AI applications in limited space settings.

This SoM integrates up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, up to 64GB eMMC flash, a PMIC, and access to all I/Os via 303 pads. Key interfaces include MIPI DSI, LVDS, eDP/DP display outputs, MIPI CSI camera connectivity, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2/2.0 ports, PCIe Gen2, CAN FD, among others.
