Released in August 2025, Pips offers a unique twist on dominoes, providing a fun single-player experience potentially becoming your next daily gaming habit. If you’re stuck, the game currently only reveals the whole puzzle, requiring you to progress to a new difficulty and start afresh. How to play Pips
If you’ve played dominoes, you’ll recognize the gameplay of Pips. Similar to our previous hints stories, the tiles, like dominoes, are arranged vertically or horizontally and connect. The key difference between traditional dominoes and Pips lies in the color-coded conditions you need to fulfill. Touching tiles aren’t required to match.
The conditions correspond to color-coded spaces. For instance, if a single number is provided, each tile side in that space must total the given number. It’s common for only half a tile to fit inside a color-coded space.
Here are common rules by difficulty levels:
– Number: All pips here must add to the number.
– Equal: Each domino half must have the same number of pips.
– Not Equal: Each domino half must differ in the number of pips.
– Less than: Each domino half must total less than the number.
– Greater than: Each domino half must total more than the number.
An area lacking color-coding means no domino portion conditions apply.
