Vaughn plays dual roles, as current and future versions of Nick, adding depth to the narrative. This love-triangle thriller features sci-fi twists, allowing Nick to reconsider traditional gangster norms.
Supporting performances shine, including Jimmy Tatro’s comedic flair and dynamic character roles from Emily Hampshire, Lewis Tan, and Arturo Castro. Despite a familiar framework, the ensemble brings an action-comedy rich with unexpected references, like debates over “The Gilmore Girls.”
