Some fast-food chains are giving financial relief in celebration of Tax Day, despite the general dislike for filing taxes. On April 15, Krispy Kreme offers a dozen Original Glazed donuts free with the purchase of any dozen donuts at regular price.

This offer is valid for in-store, drive-thru, and to-go orders via the Krispy Kreme app—just use code TAXBREAK at checkout.
You can find more details about the promotion on the Krispy Kreme website, but it’s likely many will indulge after handling their taxes.
But Krispy Kreme isn’t the only place offering tax-related deals. Burger King’s Whopper Wednesday falls on April 15, offering a regular Whopper for $3.99 or a Small Whopper Combo for $6.99.
QDOBA is running a Tax Day Guac Relief program, emphasizing their always-free guacamole. By joining their rewards program and completing a short survey, customers receive $5 off a full-sized entree, valid from April 20 to 26. The survey forms are due on April 15.
