– **Hearing Test**: A quick five-minute assessment conducted with AirPods Pro 2 and an iPhone or iPad operating on iOS 18.1 and later, which produces a customized hearing profile based on the outcomes.
– **Hearing Aid mode**: Utilizing that profile (which can be synced to other devices through iCloud), iOS transforms the earbuds into a clinical-grade hearing aid, aimed at aiding those with mild to moderate hearing impairments. The hearing modifications are applied system-wide, impacting music, phone calls, and more, without any manual adjustments needed.
