“Apple TV+ Extends Slow Horses for Season 7 and Unveils Three More Seasons”

Apple TV+ is experiencing its best year yet, with continued success expected this fall, highlighted by the recently revealed Slow Horses season 5. Today, Apple confirmed that fans can anticipate a steady stream of new Slow Horses episodes for an extended period, as seasons 6 and 7 are now officially greenlit.

### Slow Horses Season 7 is Official, Expected in 2027

Among all the offerings on Apple TV+, none has matched the consistent production and release schedule of Slow Horses. The spy thriller featuring Gary Oldman has garnered acclaim from both critics and viewers since its launch in 2022, with Apple moving quickly to renew the series more swiftly than its other programs. For instance, Apple frequently announces a new season while an unfinished season is still pending release.

Today’s news takes it a step further. Apple has formally renewed Slow Horses for a seventh season. This fall, viewers can look forward to season 5 airing, while season 6 was confirmed last fall. Thus, to keep track, there are three fresh seasons of Slow Horses confirmed to be released.

In addition to the existing four seasons available, Apple is dedicated to rolling out:
– Slow Horses season 5
– Slow Horses season 6
– Slow Horses season 7

The seventh season will draw from the book “Bad Actors,” part of Mick Herron’s Slough House series. Here’s a brief teaser from Apple:

> In season seven, Lamb and his Slow Horses are on a mission to identify and eliminate a mole embedded within the British Government before they can jeopardize the state.

With the current release schedule, we can expect Slow Horses season 7 to debut on Apple TV+ in 2027—and it’s possible that the show will be secured through 2030 by that time.

Apple TV+ is available for $9.99 a month and features popular TV series and films such as Ted Lasso, Severance, The Morning Show, Silo, and Shrinking.
