Season 2 of “Battlefield 6” introduces exciting new battlegrounds, Hagental Base and Contaminated. Available for free from March 17-24 through Battlefield REDSEC, players can experience three playlists and four maps, including the fresh Season 2 updates.

For those eager to try “Battlefield 6,” EA offers a free trial coinciding with the Season 2: Nightfall update. From March 17-24, it’s free on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Battlefield REDSEC, offering a week’s access to a significant portion of the multiplayer options.

The Nightfall update centers around the new Hagental Base map, featuring Team Deathmatch, Squad Deathmatch, and Domination in complete darkness, utilizing Night Vision Goggles and weapon attachments to navigate the night setting.

Additionally, the All-Out Warfare playlist includes Conquest, Breakthrough, and Escalation, with seasoned tactics in its modes as map boundaries and vehicles advance. This playlist comprises four maps: Contaminated and Hagental Base from Season 2, alongside Eastwood from Season 1 and Mirak Valley from launch.

For those less inclined towards intense PvP multiplayer, there’s Casual Breakthrough, which accommodates newer or less competitive players with smaller real player squads supported by bots. This mode lets players earn progression and tackles challenges on Hagental Base, Contaminated, and Eastwood, providing a less intense gaming experience.
