Why is this a necessity? At least for me, the Meta Quest 3 and Quest 3S controllers are very prone to being dropped. There’s no cumbersome installation like what a full coverage controller grip typically requires, and the only time you need to take these off is when you want to replace the battery. In that scenario, there’s no change in procedure from the standard kit, making this a significant win.
If you prefer a full coverage controller grip, I would suggest these Kiwi Design G4 Max grips, although the additional material will come at a slightly higher price.
