The VersaLogic Raptor (VL-EPU-5530) is an Embedded Processing Unit powered by a 13th Gen Intel Core i5-1345URE or Processor U300E SoC, built for high-performance computing in extreme environments ranging from -40 to +85°C and meeting MIL-STD-202H standards for shock and vibration.
This COM HPC Mini-sized (95 x 80 x 36 mm) board can support up to 64 GB of soldered-down LPDDR5 memory, providing vertical USB4, USB 3.0 Type-A, and mini DisplayPort connectors, two 2.5 Gbps Ethernet ports with TSN capabilities, and three M.2 expansion sockets for NVMe SSDs, AI accelerators, or other modules.

The Raptor board supports Ubuntu 64-bit (latest version) and Windows 10/11 64-bit, and is accompanied by the VersaAPI Library for device management through Visual Studio and C/C++ on Windows and Linux.
Its compact size suits it for drones and other uncrewed systems (UxVs), and it supports various accessories including single and dual GbE M.2 cards, a 2x UART + GPIO M.2 module, NVMe SSDs, and display adapters. It offers a smaller alternative to the DFI RPP051 Pico-ITX SBC, equipped with similar 13th Gen Intel Core SoCs.
Development samples of the VersaLogic Raptor will be available by July 2026, ensuring a 10+ year production lifecycle. Pricing details are yet to be announced. More information is available on the product page and press release.
