Leaks Indicate Bigger Screens and Thinner Designs for Both Devices
Rumors surrounding Samsung’s next foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7, are creating excitement with hints of major design revisions. As per leaked images, both devices are anticipated to boast larger screens and more streamlined silhouettes than their predecessors. The leaks also point to two possible color variants for these devices: Blue Shadow and Jet Black.
These leaked images, seemingly official, were provided by Android Headlines. They reveal that both the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 will feature expanded cover displays and more slender designs. The Galaxy Z Flip 7, in particular, is rumored to incorporate an edge-to-edge cover display akin to the Motorola Razr 2025, enabling users to accomplish more tasks without needing to open the device.
AC’s Managing Editor Derrek Lee, who previously utilized the Z Flip 6’s cover screen solely for a full 24 hours, remarked that Samsung has opportunities for enhancements regarding usability. Regarding the Galaxy Z Fold 7, it is expected to come in the same color options as the Flip 7. The device is rumored to be considerably thinner than the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and might weigh approximately 215 grams, making it 24 grams lighter than its forerunner.
