Another Amazon sale is here! The Big Spring Sale is back for its third consecutive year, running from March 25-31, 2026. With deals dropping all week, shopping can become overwhelming. It’s easy to get caught up in sales and indulge in impulse purchases, leading to buyer’s remorse—no judgment here.
As with any major Amazon sale, deals have started appearing ahead of the event, with more on the way. If you have questions or concerns during your shopping, know that you can contact customer service—from buyer’s remorse to damaged packages to Prime membership questions.
Contacting Amazon can sometimes be tricky. Here’s how to reach customer service for a smoother shopping experience:
Amazon Customer Service Help Page
This is the easiest way to find answers to common questions, like return policies or international shipping. The page offers a library of topics, including tracking packages, canceling orders, or starting a return. Your recent purchases appear at the top for easy access. Visit the Customer Service Help Page from Amazon’s homepage.
Amazon Customer Service Email
If you need case-specific help, email [email protected] and explain your issue. Note that email might not be best for urgent questions about purchases, as responses may not be immediate.
Amazon Customer Service Phone Number
For a quicker response, call 1-888-280-4331. You’ll initially speak to a bot, which will then connect you to a staff member. Make sure your phone number is linked to your Amazon account to receive a verification code.
Amazon Online Chat Service
Chatting with an Amazon representative is another convenient option. Visit the Customer Service Help Page and select “Help with something else.” Upon entering the chat, type “Talk to associate” for direct assistance. From there, you can choose to chat or call.
For non-urgent inquiries, contact Amazon at @amazonhelp on X, @amazon on Instagram, or www.facebook.com/Amazon on Facebook.
