April Fool’s Day is notorious for online pranks, but Dropout is offering something real with “Dimension 20: On a Bus,” Season 2, announced today. This isn’t a prank: After Katie Marovitch’s pitch video for “Game Changer” went viral, Dropout created a new season that lasts 54 minutes, much longer than the original. Marovitch, the “Dragon Master,” is joined by Game Masters Jasmine Bhullar, Aabria Iyengar, Matthew Mercer, and Brennan Lee Mulligan. Mashable spoke to Marovitch about her “homebrew hacks,” annoying Brennan Lee Mulligan, and potential Season 3 cameos.

Brennan Lee Mulligan advised Marovitch on her return to “Dimension 20: On a Bus,” Season 2. He suggested that knowing less about the game would be better.

Rick Perry contributed significantly to the season by providing props and tools for Marovitch’s campaign. His efforts included sourcing items like Jasmine’s chalice and Vecna’s model.

Marovitch discussed the humorous “Mr. Questions” ribbon, pitched by Rick or Carlos, poking fun at the professional players trying to seriously engage in the game.

Marovitch aims to entertain fans by playfully antagonizing Mulligan and other DMs, hoping not to offend them. Her humorous brand is characterized by her love of Cheetos, which made it into the season as a “bejazzled” Cheetos bowl.

Katie Marovitch, referring to “homebrew hacks” and other terms, prepared for Season 2 by bringing quirky items from her personal life into the game. These included multiple laptops and graphing calculators, stemming from her tech-heavy days at College Humor.

Marovitch debunked a claim about Philip Seymour Hoffman being considered for “Dimension 20: On a Bus” and humorously confirmed the Sandra Bullock trivia requiring her to work at a certain speed, open to a future cameo.

“Dimension 20: On a Bus” Season 2 is streaming on Dropout.
