Google’s appeal to the Ninth Circuit regarding a 2023 ruling, which determined that the company’s app store and payment system constituted illegal monopolies, has failed. This is a positive development, as it exemplifies a large tech firm misusing its market power.

This entire situation is chaotic and does not influence the majority of individuals. Action is required to clarify what firms such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, etc. can legally accomplish, yet every minor advancement seems to further obscure and complicate the boundaries.
