The latest season resumes 152 years following the events of the previous season, with the Foundation flourishing while the once-powerful Galactic Empire experiences a gradual decline.
As stated by Apple:
> “Season 3 carries forward the grand saga of a group of outcasts on their extraordinary quest to salvage humanity and reconstruct civilization amidst the downfall of the Galactic Empire.”
Foundation draws inspiration from Isaac Asimov’s extensive namesake sci-fi series, and it has received 2 Primetime Emmy Award nominations. The series features Jared Harris and Lou Llobell, with new episodes debuting weekly until September 12.
