These images imply that these budget-friendly earbuds may incorporate Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), as suggested by the new microphone openings. Alongside Iris, the Pixel Buds 2a are expected to come in Strawberry, Fog Light, and Hazel shades. The design appears to be consistent with earlier models, featuring in-ear rounded buds and an oval charging case, although minor tweaks for enhanced comfort could be made. Improvements in battery life and sound quality are likely compared to the original Pixel Buds A-Series. Pricing information has yet to be revealed, but the addition of ANC may result in a slight price hike. The Pixel Buds 2a, together with the Pixel Buds Pro 2 in Moonstone and Sterling, are expected to be announced at the Made by Google event next month.
