The 4K webcam might not be as impressive as newer models, but for $119.99, it’s hard to find a better option.

If you frequently engage in presenting or video chatting, a decent webcam can make a significant difference. Fortunately, if you want to upgrade your setup at home or work, the previous-generation Insta360 Link 2C is available for $119.99 ($30 off) at Amazon, Best Buy, and B&H Photo. This is the lowest price seen so far this year and only $20 more than the webcam’s all-time lowest price.

The Link 2C is currently the least expensive Link you can purchase. Although it doesn’t have the motorized gimbal found on pricier models, it uses AI-powered auto framing to digitally zoom and adjust, keeping you centered. Its half-inch sensor and 26-millimeter equivalent f1.8 lens support up to 4K at 30fps or 1080p at 60fps, a significant upgrade from the typical 720p or 1080p resolution in most built-in laptop webcams.

Like other models, the 2C comes with an easily attachable magnetic mount for your monitor or laptop. It supports various gesture controls for remote zooming or feature activation. Modes like DeskView allow you to display your desk, while Smart Whiteboard mode ensures your whiteboard is visible and aligned during calls. Additionally, its ability to filter out background noise, like typing and traffic, is a plus.
