Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of OnlyFans, has died at 43 after battling cancer.

OnlyFans confirmed his death, expressing deep sadness and noting that his family requests privacy. Reuters first reported the news.

Born in Odesa, Ukraine, Radvinsky moved to Chicago as a child and began running adult streaming websites in his teens, launching MyFreeCams in 2004.

In 2018, Radvinsky acquired a 75% stake in Fenix International Limited, the parent company of OnlyFans, becoming its director and majority shareholder. He also invested in tech companies through Leo, a venture capital fund started in 2009.

OnlyFans, founded in 2016 by Tim Stokely, saw significant growth during the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing creators to monetize their work directly. The platform has paid out over $25 billion to creators.

Radvinsky’s death follows recent reports of the company negotiating to sell a 60% stake, valuing OnlyFans at approximately $5.5 billion.
