The application is complimentary with your Netflix subscription. On April 6, 2026, Netflix announced a new kids gaming app called Netflix Playground. Available to U.S. subscribers, this interactive app is designed for children eight and under and can function without ads, in-app purchases, or internet connection. To access a collection of offline games including Peppa Pig, Sesame Street, and Dr. Seuss titles, users must download the app and log in to their Netflix account. After acquiring Sesame Street’s distribution rights last year, Netflix released the first episode of its 56th season recently. The Netflix Playground app is now available in the U.S. on iOS and Android, with a global release scheduled for April 28.
