# Fresh Look for Netflix tvOS App Now Live
One of the leading tvOS applications is unveiling a completely new appearance: Netflix’s previously revealed overhaul of its Apple TV application is being rolled out now.
In May, Netflix disclosed a range of significant updates that were set to arrive for its iOS and tvOS applications. Now, the refreshed Netflix app for Apple TV users has arrived.
As noted by users on Reddit, the revamped design appears to have been launched with the most recent tvOS app update. If you haven’t seen it yet, ensure you’re using the latest version of the Netflix app.
Here are several characteristics of the new design, according to the original announcement:
– **Easily Discover Your Next Great Watch:** We’re placing all the essential information you need to make a knowledgeable decision about what to watch front and center. This way you can concentrate on what makes each title significant for you, with highlights like “Emmy Award Winner” or “#1 in TV Shows.”
– **More Prominent Shortcuts:** Previously, shortcuts to Search and My List were somewhat obscured on the left side. We’ve relocated them to the top of the page where they are more conspicuous and more accessible.
– **Improved Realtime Recommendations:** We’re enhancing the recommendations on the homepage to be more attuned to your current moods and interests.
– **Refined Design:** The new homepage features a sleek and contemporary design that better represents the elevated experience you expect from Netflix.
If you regularly use Apple’s TV app, you’ll notice some similarities between it and Netflix—particularly in relation to Apple’s tvOS 26 redesign. Most notably is the comparable navigation menu at the upper part of the screen. Apple’s TV app has long utilized a similar navigation bar style.
Now the Apple TV and Netflix apps—easily my two most frequented tvOS apps—will feel more unified.
