Nine months later, the Trump phone still doesn’t exist

There’s no solid evidence suggesting this phone is genuine.

We continue our weekly discussion on the elusive Trump phone. We’ve reached out again to inquire about its status and await a response.

It’s been more than a month since two Trump Mobile executives introduced me to what they called the T1 Phone. Since then, there’s been silence—no news, no announcements, and no phone, while the company ignores my emails.

When I spoke with Don Hendrickson and Eric Thomas in early February, they mentioned that “in the next couple of weeks,” the Trump Mobile website would feature a full spec sheet and images of the updated phone, which I previewed via video call. That was six weeks ago, and the website remains unchanged.

The executives expected the device to clear T-Mobile certification by mid-March, the final step before sale and shipping. Now late March, I reached out to Hendrickson and Thomas about the certification’s status, receiving no reply. T-Mobile also declined to comment.

While Trump Mobile executives didn’t commit to a March release, missing this deadline is less severe than prior missed launch dates in August, September, and December 2025. It’s now over nine months since the phone’s announcement, during which time we’ve seen one subpar render, two different spec sheets, and a blurry image via Google Meet.

If the Trump phone is real, it should be arriving soon. I’m skeptical, but as someone eager to review it, I hope it materializes.
