A recent disclosure has illuminated the battery capabilities of the forthcoming Pixel 10 series, presenting information regarding the regulatory listings for the devices’ batteries within the EU. As per the disclosure, the Pixel 10 Pro XL is set to come equipped with a 5,078mAh battery boasting a “B” level efficiency rating, with an anticipated lifespan of around 48 hours before requiring a recharge. Conversely, the Pixel 10 Pro is projected to feature a 4,707mAh battery with an “A” efficiency rating, offering an estimated 51 hours of usage.
Notably, the standard Pixel 10 model is speculated to possess a marginally larger battery than the Pro variant, at 4,835mAh, also achieving an “A” efficiency rating, and an estimated 49 hours of use. This battery capacity exceeds that of the Pixel 9 by 135mAh.
The Pixel 10 series is expected to deliver considerable enhancements in power, with earlier reports indicating that the Pixel 10 Pro and 10 Pro XL may support charging capabilities of 29W and 39W, respectively. Additionally, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is anticipated to offer an IP68 rating along with Qi2 wireless charging compatibility.
Google’s event for the Pixel 10 series is set for August 20, at which time further information about the devices will be revealed.
