The entire S26 series is on sale, with the feature-rich S26 Ultra now priced just $100 more than the S26 Plus. My colleague Allison Johnson praised the Privacy Display in her review of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The display feature prevents others from viewing your screen from the side, making it a worthwhile purchase if privacy is a priority during commutes or in public. Fortunately, it’s more affordable to get the only device in Samsung’s latest lineup with this unique feature. The unlocked S26 Ultra, with 256GB of storage, is now available for $1,099.99 at Amazon, Samsung, and Best Buy, which is $200 off its original price and just $100 more than the S26 Plus.
The S26 Ultra is Samsung’s most advanced phone yet with a 6.9-inch 3120 x 1440 OLED screen capable of a 120Hz refresh rate. Its dual telephoto lenses provide various optical zoom levels, reducing digital noise. It’s the only S26 phone that supports and includes an S Pen stylus. The flagship Android 16 phone lacks magnet-based charging seen in Google’s Pixel 10 phones but supports the latest wireless charging standard with Qi2 speeds up to 25W. A magnet-equipped case is an alternative option.
Other S26 models are also cheaper. The smaller S26, originally $899.99, is now $799.99 for the 256GB version at Amazon and Best Buy. The S26 Plus, featuring a larger and higher resolution screen with a bigger battery and slightly faster wireless charging at 20W versus 15W in the S26, is $999.99 at Amazon and Best Buy, reduced from its original $1,099.99 price, the current cost of the S26 Ultra.
