Asha Sharma will take over as EVP and CEO of Gaming, with Matt Booty promoted to EVP and chief content officer. The company is also dealing with challenges in its Xbox business. Bond, who joined Microsoft in 2017 and became Xbox president in 2023, is leaving to pursue a new chapter.
