SharkNinja has unveiled the BlastBoss, a tool that looks like a handheld vacuum yet operates like a leaf blower with an adjustable air blast reaching 190 mph. Suitable for clearing fallen leaves, it’s intended for both outdoor and indoor use with three included attachments.
Available now at SharkNinja’s online store and Amazon for $149.99, it comes in charcoal, dove, strawberry, sky, and sage. While there are cheaper battery-powered leaf blowers, the BlastBoss is attractive due to its compact, ergonomic design weighing under 1.5 pounds. The battery can last up to 49 minutes, though that depends on usage mode.
It can independently clear crumbs or dust, and the variable speed trigger allows for reduced intensity, making it ideal for use on desks or bookshelves without disturbing other items. Accessories include an extension wand for reaching under furniture, a precision nozzle for tight spaces, and a broom for enhanced sweeping.
Currently, leaf blowers are undergoing a design transformation. Last November, Hoto released a leaf blower resembling a sci-fi device, and at CES 2026, the Tone T1 was unveiled with a design promoting quieter operation, up to 40 percent less noise than typical models.
