This plan allows users to enjoy lossless audio on Spotify with a bitrate of up to 24-bit/44.1kHz, making it fantastic to stream higher fidelity music on the platform. While this has been eagerly awaited, the downside is the pricing: Premium Platinum is priced at ₹299 ($3.38), representing a 40% hike from the previous ₹179 ($2) family plan. Frustratingly, the family plan is no longer accessible for new users and has been relegated to the legacy tier — existing subscribers can continue to use it.
