### Acapulco: The Premiere of the Final Season
In anticipation of its July 23 launch, Apple has released the trailer for the last season of [Acapulco](https://apple.co/3IkhWUN), one of its inaugural bilingual series.
#### A Recognizable Face from Ted Lasso Returns
Acapulco debuted in 2021 and has consistently garnered positive reception over its three seasons. The series combines nostalgia, humor, and a lively color scheme reminiscent of Almodóvar’s aesthetics to present a touching comedy about life at an upscale resort during 1980s Mexico.
Regarding what to look forward to in the final season, here’s what Apple states:
> “In season four, modern-day Máximo (Eugenio Derbez) is determined to bring Las Colinas back to its prestigious status ahead of the grand reopening. In 1986, when a rival seizes the top position in the annual ranking of Acapulco’s ‘Best Hotels,’ young Máximo (Enrique Arrizon) will go to great lengths to reclaim the title and ensure the future of Las Colinas.”
The cast for the upcoming season features Cristo Fernández (Ted Lasso, Venom: The Last Dance), Keyla Monterroso Mejia (Curb Your Enthusiasm, The Studio), Fernando Carsa, and Vanessa Bauche. Jack McBrayer (30 Rock, Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby) is also set to make a special guest appearance.
