Since the introduction of AI Lab last year, VSCO has been consistently incorporating filters designed for both hobbyist and professional photographers seeking to simplify their editing workflow.
In January, AI Lab received a prompt-based image editing interface, which complemented the Upscale tool that enlarges images up to four times their original resolution, as well as the Remove tool, which allows users to effortlessly eliminate unwanted items from their photos.

– **Restore:** Revive and improve old photos by brightening faded colors, sharpening lost details, and minimizing visible damage such as scratches and dust.
– **Simplify:** Minimize background distractions and visual noise with a single click. Simplify ensures your subject stands out—particularly in crowded urban, travel, or event images.
