Amazon is providing more options for customizing Alexa’s interactions. Three new personality presets—Brief, Chill, and Sweet—are being introduced for Alexa Plus users in the US, allowing the voice assistant to adapt to different user preferences. The styles offer varying levels of communication: Brief provides direct and concise responses, Chill offers a relaxed conversational tone, and Sweet delivers enthusiastic and encouraging interactions. These changes are a response to user feedback about communication styles. The updates are available across eight Alexa voices, and users can adjust these settings via voice command or the Alexa app.
