The listening statistics, referred to as a feature within the app, allows you to effortlessly view your favorite artists and top tracks from the previous week. Moreover, it offers various playlists that have been “inspired by your preferences.” In addition, Spotify claims it will recommend songs you may enjoy based on your listening habits.
What’s particularly intriguing about this new functionality, especially for those who love to share their Wrapped statistics at the year’s end, is that you’ll have the ability to share any of your listening statistics directly with friends on Spotify or through WhatsApp, Instagram, and a variety of other third-party apps — similar to how you would share Wrapped.

To do this, simply tap on your profile picture in the Spotify app on Android or iOS, and locate the Listening stats option in the menu. Click on it to display the statistics for your previous four weeks of listening, enabling you to view and share your weekly statistics, along with highlights of the stats, such as being among the first to stream a particular song.
