Apple is enhancing macOS Tahoe, having launched beta 4 of its impending software update. This version is among the most significant to date, as macOS Tahoe aligns the Mac user experience more closely with that of the iPhone and iPad, with Apple implementing the same Liquid Glass design aesthetics across all its devices into the future.
The company aims to create a more integrated experience across the iPhone, iPad, and Mac, which is why it continues to focus on refining Continuity features. This includes integrating Live Activities for Mac users, introducing a Phone app, a Journal app, functionalities to handle unwanted calls, and much more.
Although macOS Tahoe has exhibited great stability among this beta cycle, beta 2 experienced a frustrating Safari glitch where inactive tabs were highlighted instead of the one in use. Thankfully, Apple resolved that issue with beta 3. With this most recent update, it’s likely that Safari will become even more dependable.
