Apple has rolled out a handy new feature for iOS 26 that automatically halts your audio after you’ve dozed off.
The aptly titled “Pause Media When Falling Asleep” option is simply a quick toggle on your iPhone or iPad. This setting is also accessible on macOS Tahoe and tvOS 26, for those of you with MacBooks and Apple TV devices. Currently, the Pause Media feature is exclusively available for the AirPods 4, AirPods Pro 2, and AirPods Pro 3.
