Qualcomm brought me out to its annual Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii to perform benchmark evaluations on the new Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme personally — and what I witnessed has left me optimistic that we will begin to see significantly more powerful Windows devices operating on the ARM architecture.
