A mission commenced in October of 2024 in the Solomon Islands, located northeast of Australia. This extensive venture dispatched a group of researchers and filmmakers to enhance our comprehension of the islands’ native ecosystems and examine their vitality during this period of climate change. The mission was coordinated through a collaboration with National Geographic Pristine Seas, Ocean12, the Solomon Islands Government, and the Solomon Islands Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
