Even with the entrepreneur instigating disputes and departing after declining offers from Daymond John and Kevin O’Leary, the MTailor venture continues to thrive today.
Turning down or missing out on a deal does not always imply failure. Similar to the founders of MuteMe exiting without an agreement in Season 13, MTailor is managing well without the Sharks. Following its television exposure, the company attracted additional investors, currently garners positive online feedback, and maintains profitability. In an era where online enterprises can rise and vanish more swiftly than Hawaii sinking, operating since 2014 speaks volumes, and Penn may be more astute than the Sharks initially believed.
