Ultrahuman and Les Mills have revealed a collaboration focused on improving workout experiences by incorporating biomarker data into fitness suggestions. This partnership intends to tackle the issue of identifying whether users are prepared for intense training or require recovery. By utilizing information from wearables, the Ultrahuman app can deliver customized guidance on whether to exert more effort or take a lighter approach the following day.
Users of the Ultrahuman Ring AIR and PRO will have access to the Les Mills PowerPlug, priced at $11.99 per month or $99 annually, starting April 22. This feature leverages biomarker information to customize workouts based on individual requirements, factoring in aspects such as recovery, sleep patterns, and women’s health cycles. The app provides recommendations across various fitness objectives, including strength, cardio, flexibility, or overall fitness, and modifies its suggestions according to recovery metrics.
The collaboration seeks to establish a feedback mechanism, where data gathered during workouts influences future exercise recommendations, thereby enhancing precision over time. This integration aims to assist users in making well-informed choices regarding their fitness regimens, potentially averting overexertion and diminishing the likelihood of injuries.
