Tucker Carlson, once a big supporter of Donald Trump, is now expressing regret for backing the president — although Jimmy Kimmel isn’t exactly sympathetic.

“That’s significant,” Kimmel notes in the clip above, after showing a video from The Tucker Carlson Show where the host admits he’s “sorry for misleading people” about Trump. “Tucker Carlson apologizing for assisting Trump in getting elected. I believe the term is liar’s remorse.”

Along with a clip, Kimmel assures viewers that though Carlson’s opinions on Trump have shifted, he still believes doctors are “like, the worst people in America.”

“Thanksgiving at the Carlson’s must be a riot. ‘Doctors are the worst people.’ I hope that when Tucker Carlson finds himself in an emergency room someday, all he hears from the doctors is this,” Kimmel says, leading to a montage of Carlson’s unsettling laugh. “Sometimes laughter is the worst medicine.”
