Spotify is marking its 20th anniversary by offering users a “fully personalized look at their entire music history.” Starting now, Spotify mobile app users can enjoy a new Wrapped-like experience showcasing never-before-seen data dating back to their initial sign-up.
The “Spotify 20: Your Party of the Year(s)” experience lets users reflect on their first day on Spotify, their first streamed song, their most-played artist, and the total number of unique songs they’ve listened to. Spotify is also curating an All-Time Top Songs Playlist that highlights the top 120 tracks a user has enjoyed, along with stats on how many times each song has been played.
This anniversary experience isn’t officially labeled as “Wrapped,” though it resembles those annual music retrospectives — just reaching back further. Like Wrapped, the “Your Party of the Year(s)” history includes a shareable custom stat card for social media.
Users can enter this new feature by searching “Spotify 20” or “Party of the Year(s)” within the app or by visiting spotify.com/20 on mobile devices. We’re inquiring with Spotify on whether desktop users will have access to this recap.
