As of April 30, the typically $800 LG 27-inch UltraGear OLED gaming monitor (27GX704A-B) is on sale at Amazon for only $477.99. That’s 40% or over $300 in savings and only $12 away from its lowest price ever on record.
LG’s UltraGear gaming monitors are some of the most popular models on the market due to their premium specs, excellent build quality, reliability, and performance. This model features a 27-inch glossy 1440p OLED panel with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 400, a 240Hz refresh rate, and a 0.03ms response time for smooth gameplay. While monitors now exist with up to 1000Hz refresh rates, such specs are unnecessary for most users. As noted by PCMag, most won’t notice a substantial difference beyond the 240Hz mark.
This monitor offers ample ports for your gaming peripherals, including dual HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, USB 3.2 upstream, and two 3.2 downstream ports. It’s NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro compatible.
While the LG UltraGear 27GX704A-B’s premium specs might typically be out of reach, this 40% price drop makes it more budget-friendly.
